View of Royal Street at Pere Antoine Alley (Orleans Alley, Saint Anthony's Alley) during the Spring Fiesta Art Show. The Painting shows pedestrians observing the paintings hanging on the iron fence of Saint Anthony's Garden. The types of painting being displayed include nudes, landscapes, and still lifes. There are children and an ice cream street vendor depicted in the painting as well as artists sitting on duty and partial views of Saint Louis Cathedral and the building at 730 Royal Street. The green leaves of a banana tree are featured in the foliage of Saint Anthony's Garden.

Olivier was commissioned by the jury to hang in the room any portraits of former jury presidents painted at the direction of the families.
