Caption by Maude Reid: "This building is on the north approach to what was once one of our more picturesque spots - Pithon Coulee and Lovers' Lane. It is almost obliterated now. Our town has grown up and lost practically all of its early attractiveness. To our sorrow the little town we loved has gone away."
