Located east of LA Highway 173 in Webster Parish, this 750-acre state park is set in the heart of a pine forest and takes its name from the large lake which borders its area. The lake itself is studded with beautiful moss-draped cypress trees. Facilities and recreational activities at the park include camping sites, freshwater fishing, overnight cabins for rental, group camp sites, boat launch ramps, boat rentals, waterskiing, swimming, picnic areas, canoeing, rest rooms, showers and sailboating."
