Commencement exercises will be held at the school of nursing, Charity hospital, on Thursday at 8 p. m. for the 33 student nurses who have completed their requirements for degrees.
Dr. William W. Frye, dean of the school of medicine of Louisiana State university, will present the main address at the ceremonies.
Diplomas and honors will be awarded the graduates by Dr. Robert Bernhard, director of Charity hospital.
Two members of the graduating class, Elizabeth Joanna Heuvel and Yvonne Marie Reese, are also candidates for the bachelor of science degree in nursing from Louisiana State university.
