Six out-of-state guests will address the 58th annual meeting of the Louisiana State Medical Society at Monroe during its three-day session starting Monday.
Dr. H. W. Kostmayer, New Orleans, president of the society, will preside at the opening session at the Hotel Frances at 7:30 p. m., following sessions of the House of Delegates in the morning, a luncheon and a past presidents' dinner at 5:30 p.m.
The out-of-state guests will be Dr. Morris Fishbein, Chicago, Ill.; Dr, M.S. Henderson, Rochester, N. Y.; Dr. Ernest L. Sachs, St. Louis, Mo.; Dr. A.B. Rivers, Rochester, N. Y.; Dr. W.H. Cole, Chicago, and Dr. Jean Paul Pratt, director of the Henry Ford hospital, Detroit, Mich...Other talks scheduled for the scientific session Monday night are "Modern Trends in Public Health Work in Louisiana," by Dr. W. K. Sharp, New Orleans; "Lymphogranuloma Inguinale," Dr. R. D'Aunoy and Dr. E. von Haam, New Orleans, and "The Present State of the Health Examination," Dr. Perkins.
