Excerpted text	Appointment of Lawrence A. Merrigan as 1959 Heart Fund chairman for Orleans, Jefferson and St. Bernard parishes was ahounced Wednesday. Dr. H. S. Mayerson, vice-president of the Louisiana Heart Association, made the announcement at the first planning session for the 1959 solicitation campaign to be held during the entire month of February. The meeting, held at Delmon-ico's restaurant, was attended also by Dr. Homer J. Duduv, president-elect; Dr. Wilard R. Wirth, first president; Dr. Harold M.
