He succeeds Marshall Ballard\ Jr.
Dr. Robert Sappenfield was named vice-president and the Rev. Fred Digby, secretary. Cor-yell McKinney was re-elected treasurer.
Dr. jTack E. Chappuis, medical director, said in an annual report the institute handled 223 cases last year, and said the de-rnand for the service has grown.
"The increase over last year in | the 'applications pending' category shows that the demand for service has grown," Dr. Chappuis said. "Therefore, it is ' clear we cannot relax our efforts to achieve a greater turnover of cases." .
