Biographical Information
Jane McCall (active 1845-1846) was a free woman of color and property holder married to George Woods, a free man of color. She owned a lot on the corner of Gravier and Circus Streets in the Saint Mary suburb of New Orleans.</br></br> Emeline Barschall (died before August 1859) was married to Francis Boné. The couple's children were William Dudley and Francis Otto Boné.

Property records relating to the ownership of a lot at the corner of Gravier and Circus streets in New Orleans, Louisiana. Two sales of the property are present, both between William Malcolm and Jane McCall Woods, a free woman of color. Also present is the succession of Emeline Barschall including an inventory of her estate, which lists her property at the corner of Gravier and Circus streets, including two enslaved persons: a boy named Cippo, age 16, and a woman named Luïs, age 18.
