Overall fair condition. Some staining around middle of document. Multiple crease lines that have been flattened out underneath glass.

Description
Map on rectangular sheet folded in half horizontally, then folded twice vertically, now laid flat and framed. Depicts in upper right quadrant a small rectangular map plotted by meets and bounds of six points, framed by double ruled border on two sides and scale above. Cursive text conforms to map border with author name at bottom right.
