Dispute in which Pierre Dulcide Barron alleges that Joseph Piernas owes him the sum of 85 dollars and 5 and a half bits. File contains petition, answer, judgement, summons and fieri facias. Petition written by attorney B. Caune on behalp of Barron. Answer written by attorney A.R. Ellery on behalf of Piernas. Judgement by Judge James Workman on behalf of the plaintiff for his demand and court costs. Summons and fieri facias written by Thomas S. Kennedy. Noted that fieri facias served Aug. 16, 1805 but no property found.
