Description
Gold brooch with miniature portraits of Mrs. Arthur Ambrose Maginnis (1903, obverse) and Sara A. Armstrong (1850, reverse). Mrs. Maginnis wears a dark blue dress with a high, white collar and a brooch; her gray hair is coiled around her head in a braid with curls on her forehead. Ms. Armstrong wears a black dress with a white bonnet tied under her chin; she also wears wire-framed glasses. The frame is decorated with seed pearls and a flower design. The top flower of the brooch has broken off and is stored in a seperate container.
